New Patient Information

You will have a 30 minute consultation with Dr. Tsai. At that time, you can discuss all of your skin concerns and learn the best course of action, or if applicable, receive same day treatment. The consultation fee is $175.

On your first visit to SF Aesthetics, it is not necessary to arrive earlier than your scheduled appointment time as we have provided additional time to complete your new patient intake. You will see Dr. Tsai approximately 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Please be prepared to be at the office for 45 minutes.

Completing new patient intake paperwork and photographs of treatment area before treatment is administered (for your private medical record) is required prior to having a consultation with Dr. Tsai.

For a consultation regarding cosmetic concerns of the face, please arrive without or be prepared to remove make up. Facial cleansers and wipes, if needed, are provided by SF Aesthetics.

At SF Aesthetics and Laser Center we try our best to accommodate your busy schedule. We are not currently scheduling weekend appointments.

Payment is due at the time of service. We do not accept payment plans. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, some FSA-HSA, personal check and cash. Cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance; therefore we cannot bill your insurance. Certain procedures for Rosacea or Hyperhidrosis may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance. We can provide all of the necessary documentation for self billing; however we suggest speaking with your insurance company prior to treatment. Our practice does not do prior authorizations for any treatment or medication.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please provide 48 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation charge. We appreciate your help in keeping our schedule up to date and accurate so we can accommodate patients who might be waiting for an appointment. All appointments are reserved with a credit card or debit card number to be kept on file to ensure that patients cancel or reschedule their appointments within the 48 hour time frame. We charge $100 for no shows and late cancellations. We ask you please respect Dr. Tsai’s time and our patient schedule.
